Mike’s Famous Harley-Davidson in New London, CT hosted us this time and our Events team and the gang at our Sponsoring Partner Connecticut Rental Center, transformed the showroom into a dining adventure – perfect for the open road!

Bring on the FLAME! A take on a Pig Roast with Crispy Pig Ear and Grilled Radicchio, Maple Smoked Jowl and Spice Crusted Pork Belly! Add in some great local beer from our friends at Beer’d to make it PERFECT!
A beautiful Spring Salad with all kinds of goodies including fiddleheads! Don’t forget some amazing local wine from Jonathan Edwards Winery?

Dessert – OH Dessert! Bittersweet chocolate sphere filled with chocolate Ashlawn Farms coffee mousse, Fairchild tangerine sauce, fresh strawberry coulis, and a hemp seed and black lava sea salted caramel crisp!
So good – the Chef wanted a picture!
