Our Pop-Up Dinners, called THE TABLE, are culinary experiences that stretch our teams’ talents. These unique multi-course meals include wine and beer and several surprises along the way.

Each TABLE is a culinary adventure, featuring a creative menu, unusual location, and exciting design. Staying true to our green philosophies, food is seasonal and locally sourced.
The amazing team at Connecticut Rental Center, our Sponsoring Partner, works with our Events Coordinators and provides the infrastructure that makes the magic happen
THE TABLE has popped-up at The Velvet Mill, a Country Inn, a Castle, the Groton New London Airport, the Lyme Art Gallery, on the field at the Dodd Stadium, the old El N’ Gee Club, the Historic Yantic Firehouse, Mike’s Famous Harley Davidson, and Outer Light Brewing Company.
Menus have included paint-your-own desserts, smoking green tea scallops, flaming beverages, lobster-stuffed squash blossoms, caviar and truffle eggs (in the shell), braised rabbit, skate wing, local Beer’d beer-brined pork chop, and so much more…
Seats for each dinner are kept to a limited number to be sure each TABLE is an intimate event. All TABLEs are 21-and-over events.
